Accoglienza cortese. La gestore parlava italiano. Facile accesso al centro storico. Camere pulite e comode.
La porta del bagno dovrebbe essere oscurata e non a vetro. Scala a chiocciola per salire alle camere un po' stretta specie per chi ha difficoltà a muoversi

Die Lage des Appartements ist hervorragend und ideal, um Bern zu erkunden. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke, die durch eine steile Treppe verbunden sind. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über keine Nasszelle, und die Zimmer sind aufgrund der Glasabtrennungen zum Wohnbereich hin recht hellhörig.
Die Wohnung wirkte auf den ersten Blick sauber. Bei genauerem Hinsehen fielen jedoch einige Bereiche auf, die gründlicher gereinigt werden sollten. So war beispielsweise der Schrank für den Abfalleimer verschmutzt, ebenso die Balkontür. Die Matratzenschoner wirkten in die Jahre gekommen und machten keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck. Angesichts des Preises von über CHF 500 pro Nacht hätten wir eine hochwertigere Möblierung erwartet. Betten, Matratzen entsprachen aus meiner Sicht nicht dem gehobenen Preisniveau des Appartements.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Koel appartement, was aangenaam met de hoge temperaturen. En goede tramverbindubg naar centrum.
Misschien goed om TV in woongedeelte te plaatsen, i.p.v. in slaapkamer.

Très grand appartement, lits très confortables. On peut facilement venir à pied de la gare (25 minutes de marche). La propriétaire nous a par ailleurs fourni gratuitement des cartes de transport. Possibilité de se garer dans la cour.
La procédure d'arrivée n'était pas très claire. Nous avions uniquement une adresse et un numéro de téléphone, pas de nom, alors qu'il y avait un interphone à l'entrée de la maison. Nous avons téléphoné et heureusement la propriétaire a répondu et nous a ouvert. Pas de volets pour les lits sur la mezzanine.
