Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι πάρα πολύ βολική. Δίπλα στη θάλασσα της Φοινικουντας. Εύκολη και η διαδρομή για τα μαγαζιά της περιοχής.
Η καθαριότητα του καταλύματος δεν ηταν επαρκής. Υπήρχαν παντού σκοτωμένα έντομα σε τοίχους και δυστυχώς με το που μπήκαμε σκοτώσαμε κι εμεις γυρω στα 6-7 κουνούπια. Ευτυχως ειχαμε φέρει μαζι μας αντικουνουπικη συσκευή. Άλλο ενα γεγονός που μας δυσαρεστησε ήταν οτι ενώ η κράτηση εγινε για 2 ενηλικες και 1 παιδι 4 ετών, μας δοθηκε ενα δωματιο με εσωτερική σκαλα το οποίο δεν βολεψε και ηταν και επικινδυνο για το παιδι.

Erst um 22:00 angekommen und wurden herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Das Apartement wurde täglich sauber gemacht und alle 3 Tage frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Unerwartet haben wir ein doppelstöckiges Apartment erhalten und so konnte die Tochter in Ruhe im oberen Zimmer schlafen. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus.
Die Küche ist minimalistisch ausgestattet. Kochen wäre eher schwierig. Die Terassen der Häuser liegen sehr nahe aneinander ohne Sichtschutz. Dieser kann aber durch die vorhandenen Wäscheleinen mit den Strandtüchern hergestellt werden.
