    Alles war klasse. Komme gerne wieder. Hoffe dass die Erde nicht mehr!

    Bin nach einem 8-Tage-Aufenthalt im Single-Appartement sehr zufrieden wieder zu Hause angekommen. Großes Lob an das Personal. Sehr freundlich! In der Hotel-Lounge bekommt man sogar noch abends spät getränke von der Restaurant-Karte. Toller Service. Es war in der Hotel-Lobby sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Allerdings habe ich während meines Aufenthaltes in der letzten Woche beide Erdbeben miterlebt, was sehr gruselig war und mich auch sehr verunsicherte. Konnte nachts leider danach kaum schlafen. War stets am lauschen und hatte auch in der letzten Nacht wieder ein Zittern kurz nach Mitternacht vernommen… Schade! Und sehr beängstigend!

    Die Sauna könnte gerne bis 21.30 Uhr oder 22 Uhr geöffnet haben.

    Very friendly staff, the receptionist informed us about free parking options nearby, in case we did not want to pay for their private parking space. This was greatly appreciated! Also, they provided us with the "Innsbruck welcome card", which gives you free city transportation and many other benefits. Room was very clean,spacious and well equipped. Kitchen equipment was in very good condition. Location was very good, next to a beautifull park. Old town and train station was easy to reach.

    The view from our window, we got a ground appartment.

    Es war erholsam und schön.

    Wir hatten ein Apartment im Hinterhaus. Dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung großzügig, praktisch und gut ausgestattet ,mit Schreib-, Ess- und kleinem Tisch in der Sitzecke, Schlafbereich abgeteilt. Die Nähe zum Stadtpark - einmal über die Straße - ist optimal. Mit der Straßenbahn 5 und 3 gut zu erreichen. Mit der Linie 2 geht es bequem in die Innenstadt.
