Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt
Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Leonardo: Er ist ein sehr freundlicher, herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Wir waren 11 Nächte hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die ruhige Lage war für uns perfekt, um Rabac und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ,wir werden unseren Urlaub hier definitiv in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. :)

Pessima esperienza: privacy zero e condizioni igieniche inaccettabili Esperienza da incubo, sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Il problema principale è l'atteggiamento del proprietario: estremamente invadente, scortese e del tutto privo di rispetto per la privacy. La presenza di telecamere ovunque e il suo comportamento da "guardone" rendono il soggiorno davvero poco sereno. Inoltre, non permette nemmeno di far salire un ospite per prendere un caffè sul terrazzino (che è letteralmente l'unica cosa bella di tutta la casa). Le condizioni della struttura sono pessime: Igiene e pulizia scarse: Casa sporca, tappeti e vetri visibilmente trascurati. Bagno: senza finestra e senza ventola d’aspirazione puzza tremenda tutta la notte!!!! Letto e biancheria: Le lenzuola fornite puzzavano a tal punto che ho dovuto utilizzare le mie personali. Guasti e disservizi: Bagno totalmente otturato e TV non funzionante. C'erano davvero troppe cose che non andavano. Un soggiorno da dimenticare, proprietario super invadente. Evitate assolutamente!! A dimenticavo …pretendeva che mio figlio mentre facevo il latte per mia nipote di 8 mesi insieme all’altro nipotino andassero via !!! Nonostante che gli spiegassi che era solo una questione di necessità prima della loro partenza….tutto ciò sempre con un atteggiamento scortese arrogante, prepotente e maleducato. PERSONA IVADENTE PERCHÉ TI SPIA DALLE TELECAMERE E VIENE FINO IN CASA!SENZA UMANITÀ!!!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Svake pohvale vlasniku apartmana bio korektan i uljudan. Apartman čist i dovoljan za nas dvoje.
Nama se nisu svidjele upocetku stepenice ali tko to voli nije ni to problem jer ima ih dosta dok dođete do prve plaže Maslinice.

Mirno okolje, lepo morje, prijazen lastnik
Oddaljenost od morja. Sicer je bilo blizu, ampak z veliko stopnicami. V vročem vremenu je to kar naporno.
