The hosts were very nice and welcoming. They gave us some important information about fun things to visit in the area and helped us navigate the bus system. The location was great; walkable to the palace, a large mall with a grocery store, and a beach. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen and even a washer in the bathroom, which was very nice for a longer stay. Would highly recommend this place, me and my friend loved it!

I think the hot water tank was shared with other people living on the premise, so it often went cold pretty quick while showering.

    Excellent

Very warm welcome from the owner and his mum with a glass of orange juice on a very hot day when we arrived. The owner recommended places where we can eat and what we can do in Split. His recommendations lived up to what we hoped for. He went above and beyond to help us feel welcome. It is wonderful to experience such great kindness and hospitality which is very rare nowadays. In the studio we had everything that we need. There was kitchen area with large fridge. There were two single beds (it was mentioned in the add so we knew it before booking). Bathroom with washing machine that we could use and also a place where to dry clothes. Clean studio in quiet location. About 20 minute walk to the Old Town and 25 minute walk to the beach. It was street front studio. The view outside the window consists of multistorey apartment building and some cars that are parked there. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
