I do not recommend
The apartment is located in the center of Zagreb, it takes just a few minutes by foot to reach the main square. The heating system kept us warm during the time we spent there. We were able to check in sooner than it was stated. The lady who let us in was helpful with navigating us how to get to the parking spot.
On the other hand, the building is old and noisy. You can feel the traffic outside. The construction site in the area wasn't mentioned until the day before, when we got instructions on how to access the street. This was an issue because we were woken up at 7am by the noise. Luckily, we stayed only for one night. Otherwise I'd be very upset to not be able to get enough rest in the morning. The interior of the apartment looks cheap and as if it is not being invested in enough. Lastly, the biggest issue. Former reviews about cleanliness of the apartment were completely true and we regret we didn't read them before booking. There were stains of other people's fingerprints on the furniture. On the bathroom floor there were hair bits in the corners. Mold in the shower. Poo on the toilet brush. With all said, this accommodation doesn't meet the value for money standards. It is not worth even with the location and free parking.

The location is great. The street is under reconstruction till the end of 2026 so it will be even nicer then. The host is a great person, very friendly and empathetic. The parking space free of charge is also a big plus
