    Overall the apartment is very good to stay in.

    In general the apartment is great. But there have been some things that should be improved. Pros: * Perfect location 2 min from the beach * Washing machine and dishwasher * 2 air conditioners and 2 TVs * Nice and modern furniture * Elevator in the building * The owner may provide transfer from/to the airport

    Cons: * The biggest is communication with the owner of the apartment Andrej. When we were checking in we faced some problems that weren’t mentioned in the instructions provided by Andrej. In response to our questions we received sarcastic and rude answers from the owner which ruined our mood at the beginning of our holiday. * No garbage bags, dishwasher capsules and only 2 rolls of toilet paper (for 4 people for a 10-day stay) * Slow Wi-Fi that worked well only in one room * Squeaky and hard sofa

    New, comfortable and very well equipped. Definitely would choose it again when returning to Rafailovici. Very close to the beach,, yet very quite at night.

    Some dust in the closets. It could be cleaned better.
