  Понравилось расположение. Рядом со старым городом и автовокзалом. База в номере была. Все максимально просто. Плюс минус работает. Выжить можно!). Хозяйка разрешила оставить наши сумки, пока мы гуляли после выселения.

  Номер не подготовили к нашему приезду. Хотя мы заезжали весьма вечером, и списывались с хозяйкой заранее. Ощущение, что перед нами вот вот съехали. И не готовят номер к новым гостям (не готовая постель, посуда у раковины). Не вся посуда подходит к индукционной плите. Неудобное расположение розеток для чайника и плитки. В целом возможно цена и соответствует тому что получаем. Но, тут кажется единственное место бронирования в Боснии и Герцеговине, где хозяйка при расчете учла курс 2 марки=1 евро!! А не 1,95 (текущий). Спорить не стали. Но неприятно. Может, в Мостаре такие фишки)

  I would like to formally report several serious issues regarding my stay at this accommodation. The most serious incident concerns the way the payment was handled. Earlier that morning, I had actively tried to find the host because I wanted to make the payment, but I could not find her. I therefore had no intention whatsoever of avoiding payment. At approximately 11:40 pm, while I was already sleeping, someone came to my door, repeatedly banged on it very loudly and shouted my name, demanding payment. This happened almost at midnight and was extremely intimidating and distressing. After this incident, I received a message from the host regarding the payment in which she threatened that I would be charged double. I found this particularly inappropriate given that I had already tried to arrange the payment earlier that day. When I complained about what had happened and made it clear that I found it completely unacceptable to be disturbed in this way so late at night, the host then explained that they had previously had other guests leave without paying. This explanation was only given after I complained about the incident. I understand that this may be a concern for their business, but previous guests’ behaviour does not justify treating me in this manner, especially when I had already tried to make the payment during the day. The host only apologised after I explained that I had been sleeping. The apology therefore came after I made it clear that I had been disturbed while sleeping late at night. I also have concerns regarding the privacy and security of the accommodation. The host sent me a message asking whether she should open the window. I did not reply because I had no internet connection when I arrived. Despite not receiving a response or confirmation from me, she entered my room and opened the window.
