Прекрасные апартаменты! Что особенно понравилось, это огромная терраса с видом на море! Наша квартира была на втором этаже виллы, вокруг стояли сосны, пели птицы в кронах деревьев, и совсем рядом синело и шумело море! Душ был всегда с горячей водой и хорошим напором. На кухне абсолютно было всё, что нужно, для самостоятельного приготовления или разогрева пищи. В офисе агентства к нам очень дружелюбно отнеслись и реагировали моментально на наши вопросы. Внимание, плита газовая и для неё нужна зажигалка! Мы этого не знали, и первый наш завтрак был холодный, но разобравшись и купив зажигалку в ближайшем мини-маркете, всё стало в порядке! Спасибо за прекрасный отпуск!
Дверь в санузел не имеет защёлки, запирающей изнутри, но это мелочи, не вляющие на оценку

Okay. Language was an issue with the host as he did not know ENGLISH
Overall stay was good.
I had to pay 50 Euros to the Taxi at 10 pm and the Taxi driver was extremely upset as he struggled to find the property at night on Google. The google maps will not guide to the Property Gate and signs are not visible at night. At one point I asked the driver to drive me back to the Fiumicino Airport as He said it could be a Fake B&B. The Taxi fare should be considered as part of the cost and there may be better options available. I stayed one night as I had to catch the flight the next day.
