  Do not book this place, save your money!

  Leaving the property!

  On arrival there was no-one to meet us, despite updating our arrival time as requested. We wandered into the property & assumed we had walked into an area that guests did not go to as there were several ironing boards scattered around, bins, empty beer bottles, and general mess. We eventually found the son of the host who made a phone call to find out which was our room & let us in. The area we had walked into was actually the 'shaded outdoor dining area' which was also visible from the rear door of our ground floor room. On entering our room, through the front terrace (which was smaller than expected and featured a cheap plastic table cloth, plastic clothes airer, and cleaning equipment sticking out of the planter) the smell hit us! It was a combination of musty damp smell, and strong chemical cleaning product or bug spray?! The apartment was dark, tired, and not well maintained, the lights did not work well, the showers curtains did not feel clean and there was rust on the door latches. We retreated to the nearby beach bar to gather our thoughts, and decided we did not want to sleep in there, especially as it was for four nights of our honeymoon, so we found alternative accommodation and headed back to collect our bags. On arriving back at the apartment the host appeared to ask for our passport, so we explained the situation. We were shown another room, which was smaller, and only smelled of damp instead of the chemical / damp combination in the first room. We declined to accept the second room and asked if we could be refunded, the host did not speak much English so we could not resolve the refund request. We spent our four nights in a lovely property nearby, with a small family run winery downstairs, it was modern, clean, had a pool, the host was absolutely fantastic, and it was cheaper! We were unable to secure a refund, although Booking.com did give us a small credit to use on future trips (less than 20%).

  Lokacija in bližina plaže.

  V kuhinji ni deske za rezanje. Pred apartmajem je smrdelo po kanalizaciji. Stara oprema v celotnem apartmaju.

  Pogled na more savršen, blizu su marketi i jedna pekara koja radi do 12h ali ima sjajne proizvode, ima Taxi Boat koji je udaljen 30m od apartmana. Vlasnici su bili baš ljubazni i vidimo se opet. ☺😁👍

  Domaćini su ljubazni i uslužni, lokacija raj na Zemlji, fotografije identične stvarnoj lokaciji. Sve autentično i prelijepo, cisto i uredno. Topla preporuka svima koji žele odmor.

  L’espace transat juste en face pour se baigner. La propreté du logement.

  La terrasse donne sur les fenêtres d’un appartement ( je ne sais pas si c’était celui de la propriétaire) et sont constamment ouvertes. Pas d’intimité et évidemment, odeur de nourriture. Sans parler du bruit des air conditionnés. La propriétaire nous dit qu’elle n’allume pas le sien mais il reste le nôtre (qu’on peut éteindre) mais surtout, celui de nos voisins de chambre. Ils donnent tous les trois sur cette terrasse. Ça fait un vacarme d’enfer et même s’ils ne sont pas toujours allumés, vous ne pouvez pas choisir le moment où celui des autres l’est. Le matelas est tellement mou qu’on s’enfonce. J’ai eu mal au dos après une seule nuit. Chauffe-eau minuscule dans notre salle de bain mais à partager avec la chambre d’à côté. Bonne chance pour avoir une douche chaude. Ça n’arrivait jamais. En plus, la douche est cassée (paroi), le rideau ne se ferme pas et le pommeau ne tient pas accroché. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas correctement. Certains aliments gèlent parce que la partie congélateur n’a plus de porte alors elle est ouverte sur le reste du frigo. Propriétaire mise au courant mais elle semblait déjà le savoir et a juste modifié la puissance du frigo sans grande conviction. Évidemment, ça n’a servi à rien. Le micro-onde ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Ainsi que la lumière de la pièce de vie (mais ça, nous avions été prévenu à l’arrivée). En plus, la vue n’est pas vraiment ce à quoi on s’attendait.
