    Kelebogile made sure my stay was horrible. As much as the venue is amazing, I will never return to be a client again. I

    The property is amazing, world class really. Clean and well taken off. The location is great as well.

    My entire stay was disturbed and really over shadowed by the administration lady called Kelebogile. She was a nice lady at first until we missed our checkout time. Then her attitude and demeanour changed towards us. It was more of a condescending and inappropriate for a paying guest. I do understand that if we missed our checkout we would need to extend our stay, so having not objected in doing so, I am not sure why she felt entitled to give us the most horrible treatment I have received in these types of places. Worse of all, we preparing for our wedding at the venue. It was really unprofessional and unpleasant. We were not refusing to extend or pay more money should it be necessary. But for her to spoil our wedding day just because she feels entitled to give us unpleasant because she sees her things she is in a position of power, we really did not appreciate that. I hope the Apartment on the Eighteenth train or fix the issue if this is the not an isolated incident. Due to the rates of the property, I highly the management is intentionally to have their clients not come back to book at their venue again. I strongly believe even if you are late or not able to vacate the apartment you should still be treated like a valued client. Just because you want me to leave, and I am not able to at the time does not mean now I am nolonger entitled to being respected as a client

    Our whole stay was amazing and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. I really had a good time and will be returning soon
