    Great location and nice accommodation.

    The location was great and the apartment was nice. The included Sudtirol guest passes were very helpful to take public transportation and the cable cars. It was also nice to have access to a washer.

    Our stay was magical and I would definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend it!!

    The location was perfect and the views from the second level were amazing. I loved the fact that there was a balcony and we were lucky enough to be there on a weekend when there was a festival on so there were plenty of things happening in the old town and also in the square below our balcony. Perfectly situated.

    All the stairs especially with our luggage but it was worth it for the view.

    Great location but communication needs to improve

    Fantastic location, in the heart of the old town & an easy walk to the station. Comfortable & roomy apartment.

    The property's communication was slow & unreliable. It took a full day for them to get back to me re having no hot water.

    Great location!

    The apartment was in an exceptional location. The host was helpful and allowed us to leave our bags while we explored the town.

    It was difficult to locate the apartment.

    The location is excellent. It is in the middle of the old town and great for exploring the old town. It is only 5 minutes away from the main station. There was even a concert in the square below the apartment one evening and a fabulous farmers market on Friday morning. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Getting into the apartment via the key codes worked perfectly. The kitchen had the basics and soap and shampoo, and fresh towels were provided in the bathroom. Thank you to the host.

    The stairs! There is no lift. It is difficult to get up and down the stairs with a heavy suitcase. The stairs might be a problem for elderly travellers as well.
