Zadar beach is fine.
If you like the idea of watching and smelling what your partner is doing on the loo, feel free to book this apartment. The owner created apartments from vacant rooms in her house (she lives there), so you get a transparent glass panel without any door between the bed and the bathroom area. The furniture and kitchen equipment are old, which would be fine, but the bathroom situation technically opened into one space just makes this an entirely disgusting experience. Do yourself a favour and book something better elsewhere.

Excellent value for quiet spacious studio
The location is 20 minutes from a grocery, the main bus station, laundry and only blocks away from many cafes to participate in Croatia’s legendary coffee culture. Very clean, very quiet with attentive hosts. I stayed 5 days and made meals at home and did telework easily. To get to the Old Town is a 40 min walk but taxis and Bolt is easy to use as well.
Not complaints but features to be aware of: no elevator, the toilet tank “talks” constantly, no microwave or coffee maker except a carafe for pour over. Still a delightful and affordable place to base a visit to all the sights of Zadar

Pokój był bardzo czysty, komfortowy, łóżko wygodne jeśli chodzi o poduszki to dla mnie za wysokie, sypiam na tzn. jaśku( ale to już indywidualna sprawa, poduszkę podmienilam na jaśka z fotela). Jeśli chodzi o aneks to mieliśmy w pokoju lodówkę chyba 40x40cm, czajnik oraz dwa kubki z łyżeczkami. Lodówka stała na podłodze i wodę również musiałam gotować na podłodze (podpowiedź dla właścicielek to w miejsce lodówki postawić szafkę, do szafki lodówkę na szafce czajnik i miejsce na przygotowanie śniadania).. Brakowało nam talerzyków, i jakiś nóż do posmarowania pieczywa. Nie wiem czy była dodatkowa kuchnia wspólna, nie widziałyśmy nigdzie informacji. Troszkę zaskoczył nas prysznic, ponieważ nie bylo brodzika i woda lała się po całej podłodze chodź była zaslona. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone, obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, jak potrzebowaliśmy włączyć klimatyzację, właścicielka bez problemu przyniosła pilot. Fajne, spokojne miejsce, polecam wszystkim którzy chcą zwiedzić Zadar.

La proprietaria e la sua famiglia sono persone gentilissime e super accoglienti.
Il bagno senza piatto doccia, molto scomodo.
