The amazing Tomas!
The location is excellent,just off the main street Stradun.There are a few steps to go up,but it's very gentle .Bars and Restaurants are just outside the apartment.You really can't get any closer ! We could hear some noise from them.But it didn't bother us.We were on the first floor,the 2nd floor would have been better . What made our stay extra special is our host Tomas.He is just amazing! Right from the start,he was always quick to respond. He came to meet us at the Pile Gate and took us to his apartment. So no need to worry about how to get there.During our stay ,Tomas gave us advice to everything we asked.He really went out of his way to help us.Nothing was too much for him.He gave us a very special and surprising gift when we checked out.We were really touched by it.He also arranged free transport for us to Lapad. Even after we left,he still helped us with problems we encountered in Lapad.We have never met anyone as helpful and kind as Tomas in all of our holidays. There's nothing to worry about if you stay in Apartments Perla because Tomas will take care of all your needs
If you are a light sleeper ,request the 2nd floor room.

美しいビーチ沿いの素敵なアパートでのハートフルな思い出
オーナーのトーマスが本当に良い人で、空港↔️旧市街入り口のタクシーまで大きなトランクを運んでくれたり、又５日間の滞在だった為連絡したら一杯になったゴミ箱を片付けてくれたり、足りなくなったコーヒーを補充してくれたり、最後にはお土産をプレゼントしてくれたり、と心のこもったおもてなしをしてくれて本当に感動しました。

Wonderful accommodation in Dubrovnik
The flat was very comfortable and in a prime location. Our kind host, Thomas, treated us with a nice welcome pack and gave us a ride to the bus station.

Excelente en todo aspecto! Altamente recomendable.
Fue el mejor alojamiento que tuvimos en todo este viaje. Nunca antes habíamos tenido una atención tan personalizada y esmerada por parte de los mismos dueños (el señor Thomas y su hijo). No solo se preocuparon por darnos una esmerada acogida y cálido alojamiento sino que también se dieron el tiempo para explicarnos los sitios turísticos más representativos.
