    Nicht zu empfehlen

    Ein hübsches Apartment. Gute Ausstattung. WLAN vorhanden. Unkomplizierter check in durch Schließfach.

    Leider war die Waschmaschine komplett verschimmelt und hat nach altem Gulli gestunken. Die Waschmaschine war ein wesentlicher Grund für die Buchung dieses Apartments. In der Trommel und auch im Waschpulverfach waren ebenfalls Schimmel, genauso wie in der Dusche. Ich habe Putzmittel und Handschuhe gekauft und den gröbsten Schmutz selbst gereinigt. Die Steckdose in der Küche, wo alle Geräte angesteckt sind, war lose in der Wand und wurde nur mit Tesafilm gehalten.An den Wasserhähnen war extrem viel Kalk und Grünspan, es gab eine Treppe und eine steile Leiter, obwohl als Barrierefrei ausgeschrieben. Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden und man musste für etwas Privatsphäre abends im dunkeln sitzen, da die Gardine nicht blickdicht ist. Abends sitzen ständig Leute auf dem Fensterbrett und rauchen und reden. Schaut man doch durchs Fenster, schaut man auf übervolle Mülltonnen. Im August sind sowohl Weihnachts- als auch Osterdekoration aufgebaut. Dies hinterlässt bei mir den Eindruck, dass man die Wohnung gar nicht nochmal geputzt hat vor unserer Ankunft. Der Vermieter hat sich zwar entschuldigt, jedoch bekomme ich keinerlei Reaktion auf meine Forderung nach Entschädigung.

    Nel complesso tutto bene, solo da fare alcune migliorie.

    La posizione è buona: si può raggiungere il centro città in soli 15 min di autobus e la zona è tranquilla, nessun disturbo notturno, un quartiere ok

    Le finestre NON si aprono, ad eccezione di quella del bagno e dalle tende entra molta luce la mattina. Gli utensili della cucina e il bancone non erano pulitissimi. Il letto ‘singolo’ non è decisamente per tutti: la scaletta è ripida, quindi scendere e salire non è facile; inoltre lo spazio è abbastanza angusto.
