This place is a great choice to book if you are traveling with children. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach (and it's not too steep when you are returning). The swimming pool makes it super convenient if the sea water temperature is a bit too low for your taste, or if you simply don't feel like going to the beach. Next to it is a roofed area with tables and a barbecue. The yard is huge with a play area (swings, toboggan, merry-go-round) on the other end. The apartment itself was spacious and very cool to stay in during the heat.
It's not a big issue but if you are, like us, checking in late, without time to do any shopping, make sure to bring coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil or whatever else you might need the next morning for your breakfast, since there aren't any of those in the apartment.
