    Personal amable ,atento. Buena ubicación. Almuerzo incluido y muy correcto. Restaurante riquísimo.

    Faltó algo de fruta en el almuerzo. Los colchones no son cómodos.

    Great location and comfortable room, but ruined by non-working Wi-Fi, broken TV, and poor communication

    Great location and the room was spacious and comfortable

    Lack of professionalism regarding basic amenities and communication. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay, and the staff was neither helpful nor polite about it. At one point, he even responded aggressively in Czech, knowing we couldn't understand. Additionally, the TV was not working
