Disappointment, the rude and inflexible owner has ruined our last day of our nice holiday

The apartment itself was ok (as seen on the pictures) and clean. There was one aircondition that we needed to use constantly on a basic level, otherwise it would’ve been an oven, as it is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. The location was great and the street was quiet.

Unfortunately, we had a huge disappointment in the end: the owner acted nice at the beginning, but as we were 15 minutes late at check-out due to our baby, she entered the apartment and shouted with us like with criminals. She was disrespectful and even tried to blame us for an old door injury. So, our advice: take a photo/video of the apartment’s condition upon arrival and don’t expect any flexibility.
