Квартира удобная, дом реновированный, расположение удобное. Близко до трамвая, прямо напротив продуктовые лавки, рядом супермаркет ampm, в соседнем доме кафе-кондитерская. До моря - 3 минуты пешком. Симпатичный балкон. Мамад прямо в квартире. Хозяин - говорит по-русски, быстро решал все вопросы, очень гостеприимный и клиентоориентированный.
Общий вход с соседней квартирой, что было сюрпризом. Сейчас понимаю, что в Израиле это часто. В принципе, это не мешало. Только в первый раз было неприятно встретить человека в «своей квартире», потом оказалось, что нужно просто закрывать входную дверь в общий коридор. )))

Great location near the beachc (lots of restaurants and shops near by) clean ,beautifully furnished, and good facilities. Communication with the owner was good.Recommanded!
