    Would have been Great if not for no Hot Water

    The apartment is in a great location, so close to a main square making it easy to reach anywhere in Athens. It was clean had basic facilities. The managers were responsive and sent all information needed to find the apartment and get in. Everything went smoothly in relation to finding and getting into the apartment. The view is great.

    The hot water did not work from the moment we arrived. I messaged the managers and sent photos and asked for a solution and was advised someone will come and have a look. No further communication was made to me and the hot water remained not working. This made the whole stay very difficult and if it was not for this issue it would have been a 9/10 stay. The only other thing we noted was lack of trash bags in case the trash filled up quite quickly there was no way to change the garbage

    Posizione centralissima, zona molto frequentata e a ridosso della via pedonale, ottima per visitare la città. Non bisogna farsi ingannare dal palazzo, non proprio accogliente, in realtà, l'appartamento è molto bello, di ristrutturazione recente, arredi nuovi e ben tenuti, pulito, e con gestori disponibili. Non è presente uno spazio esterno, ma la vista sull'Acropoli è eccezionale. Per essere un monolocale, gli spazi interni sono molto ampi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

    Potrebbe essere utile qualche accessorio in più in cucina, per soggiorni più lunghi, per il resto nulla.

    Central stay with clean and comfortable amenities

    Central and close to Metro. Airco and easy to access apartment.

    Would be good to have had an iron (to go with the ironing board) and a tea towel to wipe dishes (rather than using our bath towel for both). Wall mirror would be useful too (small finishing touches make a difference) 😀
