    Zepsuty urlop.

    Lokalizacja. Maszyna do zmywania.

    Chaos przy zameldowaniu. Oskarżenie o brak opłaty kaucji. Oskarżenie że 3 osoby meldują się a opłacone niby tylko za 2. Co było nieprawdą. Żądanie doplaty natychmiastowej, bez sprawdzenia kto ma rację. Wprowadzanie do apartamentu nie właściwego przeznaczonego na dwie osoby a nas było trzech. Nie miła obsługa. Po dwóch godzinach przesyłania dowodów wpłaty, rezerwacji, i opłaty kaucyjnej, Ściągania z różnych banków wymienionych opłat przesiedlono nas do innego apartamentu- właściwego. Czekanie przed apartamentem w słońcu 31C z obawą pozostania bez lokum co spowodowało zepsucie urlopu od pierwszego dnia. Nasza informacja ze brak 2 ręczników była zignorowana. Żądamy zwrot depozytu w 100% i zwrotu za nie udany zepsuty urlop kosztów rezerwacji 50% Przy braku pozytywnego rozpatrzenia naszego żądania wystąpimy do oficjalnego departamentu turystyki w Madrycie. https://www.comunidad.madrid/consumo/reclamaciones-usuarios-servicios-turisticos

    Alla fine è andata bene ma per poter entrare nell’appartamento il primo giorno è stato un’odissea

    Era molto pulito.. è la posizione molto vicina a Madrid

    Il self check in non adatto . Indicazioni poco chiare .. sarebbe meglio che qualcuno sia lì presente per la consegna delle chiavi e per la spiegazione di tutto… È aria condizionata che durante la notte si spegne non va bene.. un suggerimento fate trovare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo soprattutto in estate

    Climatização praticamente inexistente, se for verão, fuja desse apartamento.

    Não recomendo. Reservei o apartamento por conta da climatização anunciada porém ao chegar ao apartamento eles limitam os condicionadores a uma temperatura de 25 graus que infelizmente não suporta o verão europeu de 40 graus. Estava com um bebê de colo e infelizmente passamos muito calor, enviei mensagens ao staff e nada foi feito.
