  The room is comfortable, clean, well decorated and with a nice view. But more importabntly, the place is amazing - it's like a luxurious village dropped in the middle of sand dunes with an insane view on the ocean from far above in an infinity pool with a cocktail. Not many people know about it, so it's mostly yours. On top of that, there is an excellent spa, and very interesting backcountry to explore with a rented scooter. If you want a good night out or seafood, you can drive over to town in 20 minutes. Great experience.

  Nightmare at Mandala

  There was a bed to sleep at least. Lol.

  Horrible attitude by the staff at the hotel. They will never help you or assist you just will tell you to wait, they always tell you to wait and can be sit for hours if you dont do things yourself. Cant park the bike at the location, need to take automatic stairs for 5 minutes or wait for a mini bus transport. When I checked in the room there was a camera recording the bed! Wtf! Elevator key kept not working and nobody helped (tried to take stairs but didn’t allow!). Cant use the facilities like Spa or Gym (eventho it says they are included). They will try to charge you extra for EVERYTHING and on top of that they hold my passport and didn’t want to give it back to me even if i paid until I left! Unreal. I felt I was a prisioner in that soul less place. And no place to eat anywhere if you arrive after 8pm. Very shady. Never be back ever! Worst experience ever in Vietnam by far. I actually left during the night cuz i was not feeling safe there.

  Excellent value for money, astonishing views to the sea and excellent Spa

  The apartment in brand new, beautifuly decorated, with an astonishing view to the beach and the sea ! The beach is easily accessible with the mecanic escalator (sooooo convenient ! .^_^.), there are 2 pools + the Infinity pool in the Mandala Hotel accessible from 3.00 pm every day, and the Infinity pool in the spa, with an incredible view to both sides: to the sea and to the sand dunes. The bathroom is very spacious with a large shower. Host was super responsive and accessible, very helpful with all my questions. The check in and check out was super easy and fast. I went to the Spa 4 times during my stay (don't judge, he ! .^_^.), and I can only strongly recommend ! The gym is great, the mud baths are reaaaaly nice (looking at the sand dunes makes it even more memorable !), massages are very good, the sauna, hammam and jaccuzzi are spotless and very relaxing. Last but not least, the staff was absolutely super, from A to Z: from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, including the buggies' drivers, the ladies at the reception desk, the staff in the shops and restuarants in the residence, the staff at the spa..... Impossible to ask a better service ! Very few of them speak english (I believe most of them don't dare to, but they actually understand), but that was not a problem at all: with my Google Translate app, we actually had so much fun ! And we got to understand each other with no problem at all. The place might seem far from the center of Mui Ne, but it is actually very pleasant ! And you can easily go by Grab to the main bay in only 15 minutes drive. That place is perfect for solo travellers, couples and families with a little one. Really great experience, I'll come back ! I strongly recommend !

  Some minor things to adjust (very normal, the property is brand new !): - 2 more pillows in the bed would be great if more than 1 guest in staying - Indications on how to use the TV / Netflix and where to drop the garbage - Air Con remote was not working properly, maybe something to look at

  Exceptional

  The place really neat and super clean.the bed was comfortable and the toilet was big. The pool downstairs are amazing for me and my family. Food are everywhere at every corner and also mart 24hours . Beach area are right in front of the hotel can just go down and walk to the beach . Very convenient everything is there for us .
