    Amazing pool facilities with sauna, steamroom, etc.

    Room was great, nice touch to have complimentary free milk delivered on request from reception. Pool/spa facilities were great for children.

    We didn't try breakfast - it wasn't included in our stay and looked expensive. We went to a lovely local cafe instead.

    Great hotel accommodation. Would definitely return.

    Location was great. Rooms facilities were great and also very comfortable bed. Hotel was very clean and staff were welcoming.

    The price of the room for one night seemed quite expensive.

    No heating ! You will be freezing in rooms

    Location

    It was extremely cold ! They knew we were coming with 4 months old baby and they put us in a room That heating system was not working . They came to check and said it’s a problem with filters. After first night they confirmed it was fixed but during the night we woke up as it was freezing . Especially the baby was really cold !!! Avoid this place as they don’t know how to deal with problems and don’t even compensate the situation when you pay £374 for 2 cold nights ! Ridiculous . In a shower it’s a bad smell too !
