    Staff were extremely helpful polite and friendly.Nothing was too much trouble.Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern.Breakfast was amazing. Leisure facilities were great and easily accessable in the sister hotel 2 doors along.A lovely touch of tea,coffee and lush biscuits in our room.

    Great location and very comfortable

    Arrived early and staff swapped our room so we could have access. Lovely spacious room, big comfortable bed, excellent duvet and pillows. Nice temperature in room, you could adjust the heating / cooling and could open windows. Large walk in shower. There is parking for the hotel which is one of the reasons we booked, but you have to pay an extra £20 to park. Also breakfast wasn't included, so pay extra for that. Breakfast was a good choice and the food and service was good. Location is great and easy to walk around Edinburgh. So cost was approx. £260 inclusive.
