  Great location, but a broken fire alarm, missing basics, and no support

  The location is excellent. It's a short walk from the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis entrance, Filopappou Hill, and plenty of good restaurants in Koukaki. It was an ideal base for sightseeing on foot.

  The host is not based in Athens, so no one could fix it the same day. We had to stay in the apartment to let repair people in, which took time out of a short trip. On our final day a repairman finally came with a ladder. The alarm went off while he was standing next to it, he confirmed the problem, and he took the faulty unit away. The noise stopped after that. After we checked out, the host told us that "no malfunction was found," which is not what happened. The property also wrongly marked our reservation as a no-show, even though we checked in and stayed all three nights. We had to correct that with Booking.com. Basic supplies were missing. There was no soap, hand soap, or shower products like shampoo or body wash. We reported it, and nothing was ever restocked. The apartment also wasn't as clean as we expected for the price. We were also disappointed in Booking.com. We reported the problem during our stay and again afterward, and we got no real support or protection. We were left to argue with the host ourselves. After this experience, we've thought about not booking through Booking.com anymore.

  Other than the above issues we enjoyed staying here. Great location but if you value sleep it’s loud

  Location was great. Size of apt was great

  Very loud bar directly below. Smoke detector would beep during our entire stay(owner should know and change the battery). Shower drain ponds and is clogged.

  Πολύ καλό σημείο για βόλτα στην Αθήνα, δίπλα στο μετρό Ακρόπολη..Το διαμέρισμα έχει άριστη ηχομόνωση και θερμομόνωση όπως καταλάβαμε γιατί επισκέφθηκε την περιοχή σε ζεστές ημέρες. Προτείνουμε για όσους ψάχνουν πάρκινγκ το υπόγειο στο σταθμό Συγγρού - Φιξ.ειναι το ποιο οικονομικο από όσα υπάρχουν στην περιοχη

  Περιστασιακά ακούγεται ενας ήχος beep από κάποια συσκευή ο οποίος είναι ενοχλητικός ιδίως το βράδυ. Δεν μπόρεσα να εντοπίσω από πού προερχεται, ίσως από τους ανυχνευτες καπνού.
