Very good for the price and right in the middle of beautiful Agios Nikolaus ,
Location in town and just down the road was a beach we used. It’s was really good value especially with All Inclusive. The staff are great . Nice snd quiet .
Bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. We could manage though

De locatie van dit hotel is geweldig. Dicht bij strand, binnenmeer en strand. Grote parkeergelegenheid in de buurt (is wel heel druk). Kamer is schoon en de bedden prima. Ontbijt goed.
Hotel is gedateerd en is dringend aan een renovatie toe. Badkamer is heel klein en de douche is gedeeltelijk voorzien van badgordijn, waardoor veel bij het douchen nat wordt. Badkamer ruikt wat muf, waarschijnlijk door putje met losse deksel in de vloer.

COCKROACHES COCKROACHES COCKROACHES!!! STAY AWAYYY!!!! And they wont refund you. Scammers!
The location is good, and there is nearby free parking in the streets. If you find another hotel nearby, then go for it, but don't book this hotel. Its aweful!!!
COCKROACHES COCKROACHES COCKROACHES!!! STAY AWAYYY!!!!!! Not just one. Three COCKROACHES in two days!! This is the worst and FILTHIEST hotel we've ever been in. DISGUSTING! Please read this review to the end, before booking here, and your vacation will be spared. The hotel is outdated. Only the lobby was renovated; the rooms are in very bad shape. The elevator is not safe and the building is very old and feels like you're in jail. Regarding the room: - The bathroom is tiny, and there’s no proper shower enclosure, only a cheap curtain, and water leaks all over the bathroom floor every time you shower. - The Air conditioner barely worked, we asked to fix it, but they didn't. - There were fleas in the bed. My legs were so badly bitten and itchy that after just two nights, I had scratches that were bleeding. - The drain opening was left uncovered. We asked them to cover it so that no one would fall into it, but they never did. And the worst part - COCKROACHES!!! We found one on the second morning in the shower. We immediately told them, and they said they will spray our room. Then, in the afternoon - again! ANOTHER COCKROACH! A different one; it was huge (photo attached). We told them again, they suggested moving us to another room, and we did. The other room had no balcony, but OK, we hoped at least it had no bugs, but then again, in the new room, another huge cockroach... And the worst part? THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US. We paid for 7 nights, but we left after 2 nights. They refused to refund us for the remaining 5 nights. They were not even fully booked! They just wanted to scam us. 3-star hotel? I have been in Hostels in Colombia in better shape. If you read all this and decided to book, then remember this review when you arrive. If you already booked, try and cancel it ASAP. Scammers.
