- La ubicación. Se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios sin problema - Que tuviera parking. Nos olvidamos del coche durante nuestra estancia. - Tenía supermercado cerca para poder hacer compra.
- La iluminación. El apartamento tiene poca luz natural y a ello se le suma que la intensidad de las bombillas era muy baja. Complicado peinarse, maquillarse y afeitarse en el baño con tan poca luz. Igualmente se veía muy poco en la cocina. Tuvimos que ayudarnos de la luz del extractor.

Appartement spacieux bien situé dans une rue calme du centre historique.Bars ,restaurants,supermarchés à proximité. Bonne literie ,grand coin salon et petite terrasse.,ascenseur,garage privé attenant et gratuit.Indications très claires pour l'arrivée et le départ
Mauvaise insonorisation, manque d'éclairage au coin cuisine et dans la salle de bains,une seule plaque de cuisson.Vue sur la toiture du garage dommage !

Nice Parking, poor apartment
The location is good, it is great to have parking included because it is difficult to find parking in Porto. The guest handbook is good.
The apartment is very dark, particularly the bathroom and kitchen. Although several previous reviews have already mentioned this issue, it does not appear that any improvements have been made. This was one of the main reasons for my low rating. The kitchen is also poorly equipped, with several basic items missing, such as a vegetable peeler. In addition, there is still an open hole in the wall with exposed cables—another issue that had already been raised in earlier reviews. As we were travelling with a young child, we did not feel comfortable or safe with the cables left exposed. Overall, it gave us the impression that the owners are not sufficiently responsive to recurring guest feedback or necessary maintenance. The apartment may be suitable for travellers mainly looking for a reasonably priced option. However, guests should be prepared for a very dark atmosphere, an uncomfortable mattress, a poorly equipped kitchen, and unresolved maintenance and safety concerns.
