    Small apartment with balcony overlooking rooftops of Piran

    Small apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay in Piran the balcony was spacious and you could see the sea through the rooftops. The stairs were a challenge with suitcases but we are in our 60’s and would definitely stay again and the artwork leading to apartment gave you a distraction. Very kind owner had a lovely stay

    Helpful hosts in lovely town

    Close to the sea for swimming

    Being on the fourth floor was hard work ( we are in our seventies) and I was disappointed that the view was only of rooftops

    As regularly returning visitors to Piran we stayed 3 nights in this apartment. Location is excellent for those who want to be really close to the sea. Situated on the 4th floor, might not be ideal for elderly or those with disabilities or travelling with heavy pieces of luggage, but we had no problem with it. The interior and the furniture are simple but tasteful, looking a little bit dated or worn at places, but again, it was perfectly acceptable for us. (If you look for fancy or luxurious, look elsewhere.) Good twin beds (although mattress and pillows a little soft for my taste), we had good sleep. Wooden floor creeks a little bit. Terrace is a nice feature, we didn't use it a lot though, as the weather was too hot and humid. Good facilities (kitchenette, bathroom, A/C, wifi) all in working condition. The A/C is the king of them all, very effective and quiet, almost zero noise at lowest speed, can leave it running through the night. Excellent hospitality; Gorazd is one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we have ever met. Bottomline: we had a very good stay and would consider this apartment again when we return to Piran next time. Also recommend it to other travellers who don't mind the mentioned simplicity and are ready to take the stairs to the 4th floor.
