RESERVATION CANCELED BY PROPERTY ON ARRIVAL NIGHT.
Nothing. RESERVATION CANCELED BY PROPERTY ON ARRIVAL NIGHT.
RESERVATION CANCELED BY PROPERTY ON ARRIVAL NIGHT. We made the booking in the afternoon of the arrival day and got a confirmation. We were driving to the property and when I stopped to rest I checked my e-mail and was amazed to see that the property asked me to cancel the reservation because they had a policy of minimum 4 nights that did not work on the booking system. So instead of honoring a reservation for one night as they should, they decided it is more appropriate to leave the guest, already driving to them, in a stormy night, searching for another place to sleep for the same night. I was lucky I saw the message when there were still other options, but I could have seen the message later when it is too late. They did not even try to call me, just sent a message. And I don't understand what is the problem to honor the reservation if due to a system problem that is unrelated to me I made a reservation and it got confirmed.

A környezetbarát gondolkodása a tulajdonosoknak.
