  I liked that it had a yard, that it was close to the beach, and that the promenade with restaurants was nearby. The owner was nice; she quickly explained everything about the apartment, handed us the keys, and we didn't see her again. There are two air conditioners, so the cooling is really good. The electric shutters are great because you can make the room completely dark, which meant a lot to us because of the baby. The Wi-Fi is fast and we had no issues at all.

  The washing machine is full of mold and smells bad, so we didn't even wash our clothes—luckily, we brought enough clothes with us, but it would be nice if they cleaned that washing machine. ​There was no option to park the car in the yard, even though there is a garage and space in front of it. I would have preferred having my car here in the yard, but oh well, we were given a card to use the public parking across the street, so it’s not that big of a deal. ​We had constant noise from the people in the apartment above us who were moving furniture and making squeaking sounds the whole time, which kept waking up our baby, but again, that is not the owner's fault, just a lack of manners from people staying somewhere who have no consideration for others.

  La non disponibilità da parte del proprietario Il menefreghismo totale su alcune mie richieste(wifi non funzionante,disinteresse al momento della fine della prenotazione) Appartamento non pulito nel migliore dei modi

  We were very satisfied. We can recommend it to stay here.

  Maybe for someone can be a problem with soft mattress but over all it was good :D Apartment was clean, almost new.

  Washing machine was listed in facilities of the property but was not there. Also we had a problem with Owen. Owner gave us some hints but did not help, so it was not working but was new.
