    Comfort and value

We stayed one night in December as a whistle stop trip to the Christmas market. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Things to know. No usb charging and you have to unplug the bedside light to charge your phone. Parking is available €15 a night but it needs to be pre-booked as it is limited. We didn't know that but we're lucky and got the last available space.

I was charged double. When I booked, I was informed I would have to pay a city tax, which I paid on arrival using a different credit card from the one with which I booked the hotel. I checked my bank account a few days later and saw to my surprise that I'd been charged the tax amount on the original form of payment as well. Now I have to figure out how to get refunded. Otherwise the hotel was okay. Rooms were tiny but clean. Staff was friendly and it was very close to the tramline.

Très bon hôtel, je recommande 👍

J'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par les réceptionnistes de l'hôtel, j'ai passé un agréable séjour. La chambre était confortable et le petit déjeuner très bien. Je recommande. 👍

This hotel is in a great location, with madeleine being a lovely local town. The receptionist was lovely and helped us with all of our questions. Great TV to watch anything you want and the bathroom is very clean.
