    MANCATO SOGGIORNO PER SITUAZIONE PERICOLOSA SPORCA DI FATTO INACCETTABILE. EVITATE DI PRENOTARE !

    Tutto a cominciare dall'host persona sgradevole e maleducata. La struttura che ci ha proposto era un sottotetto caldissimo privo di finestre a parte un'oblò di 40 cm. Appena arrivati lungo la strada cittadina ho contattato il numero e una persona all'interno ha richiamato l'attenzione del proprietario informandolo della nostra presenza ricevendo questa risposta "lasciali aspettare"...eravamo sotto il sole! Dopo diversi minuti si è presentato un uomo trasandato e sporco che con fare disprezzante mi "ordinava" di posteggiare l'auto in uno spazio definito "posteggio".Nonostante l'insitenza del nostro accompagnatore ho preferito NON scaricare i bagagli percorrendo un dedalo di viottoli e scale abbiamo raggiunto un MONTACARICHI privo di porte altamente pericoloso sia per le persone che per gli animali; informando l'host del problema lo stesso mi ha anche informato che avendo 2 cani (una York Toy 1,6kg e una Breton da 15kg) avrei dovuto pagargli il SUPPLEMENTO ANIMALI pari a 10 € a cane al giorno ossia €140 per il il soggiorno da aggiungere al totale già versato. Quando siamo entrati nello stanzone unico estremamente SPORCO notando che è un SOTTOTETTO privo di climatizzazione ribadisco senza finestre assolutamente INVIVIBILE ho chiesto all'host se fosse possibile cambiare pagando eventuale differenza prezzo....la risposta è stata PRENDERE O LASCIARE NON MI INTERERESSA.... Ho rifiutato di soggiorno perdendo il pagamento ricevuto ben 560 € ma visto che erano le mie ferie ho preferito andarmene........UN CONSIGLIO STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO PERSONAGGIO e consiglio a booking di controllare meglio le strutture che ha sul sito....

    Prijs kwaliteit schlecht

    Het was niet schoon geen airconditioning en konden niet buiten echt zitten. De bovenbuur jad ongeveer 15 katten die overal hun behoefte deden . Het stonk er verschrikkelijk
