    We liked simplicity and country side style room.The location 15 min walk to Bellagio or 10 min to S.Giovanni ferries. The bus stop is quite close, the only thing those steep steps or just simple by boat from Bellagio. A bit up to hill then down the hill. Arriving by bus from Como can be a bit challenging. During the daytime they are fully full.
