    Bene ma non benissimo

    L'appartamento veramente molto carino e comodo. Mi dispiace non aver fatto foto all appartamento.

    Sono stata accolta da cumuli di macerie lavori in corso nell atrio esterno di cui non ero informata. I canali tv non funzionavano e con sommo dispiacere pur avendo macchinetta del caffè mi hanno fatto trovare le capsule non adeguate Il prezzo veramente altino ma non avendo altra scelta.... Cmq per motivi personali son dovuta andar via prima e stanno emettendo un rimborso, non so perché solo di 50€ anche se io a notte ne ho pagate molto di più... Ma meglio di niente

    Unacceptable to rent this place at this price

    Bed was confortable, room was clean and air conditioning.

    1. The pictures do not reflect reality. The apartment looks much brighter and more spacious in the photos than it actually is. The lighting and overall atmosphere are completely different in reality. 2. There is absolutely no privacy. This is a residence, and the so-called “balcony” is shared with other residents. People can see directly into the apartment when the blinds are open, so you have to keep them closed most of the time. There is simply no privacy. 3. Unfinished work in the courtyard. There is ongoing/unfinished construction in the courtyard, which you have to walk through to access the apartment. 4. Rats in the courtyard. There are rats because rubbish bags are left outside. 5. Bathroom. Although it was clean, it was poorly installed/finished and had a strong smell of humidity. 6. Almost nothing to cook with. The kitchen is extremely poorly equipped — there was barely anything available, not even basic utensils (I found perhaps one spoon). For this price, the apartment is absolutely not worth it and does not match the impression given by the listing.
