La posizione vicino al mare e il parcheggio privato sono sicuramente punti forti della struttura. L'appartamento è essenziale, certo non è grande, ma ha tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno per un soggiorno al mare.
La terrazza era in comune con un altro appartamento, anche se è presente un divisorio a separare gli spazi.

abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Tramonto. il locale era pulitossimo, ordinato, attrezzato per cucinare e soprattutto silenzioso, con un parcheggio riservato. lo spazio esterno, all'appartamento, vivibile con tanto di tavolino, sedie, stendino per gli asciugamani e... meraviglia, un lavandino per sciacquare direttamente i costumi o altro. la spiaggia, libera, a 5 minuti a piedi attraversando una pineta. abbiamo viaggiato con i nostri due gatti e la struttura non ha fatto problemi; si paga un piccolo supplemento, ma è giusto che sia così. esperienza bellissima anche per la posizione. Abbiamo girato i dintorni, da Pisa a Siena, e preso il treno comodissimo da Rosignano. torneremo di sicuro.

Wir waren nun schon öfters dort. Die Wohnungen sind sauber, klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet. Von der Lage her perfekt direkt am Meer (nur der Pinienwald liegt dazwischen) Preis-Leistung Note 1.
Das einzig nervige ist die Musik der Bar nebenan;)
