The location and the structure was good.

The temperature inside the apartment was very low and the heating was not turned on. Especially at night, it was difficult to survive. The host turned on the stove at 6 pm, but it turned off automatically after some time. After that, we tried to contact the host all night, but he was unreachable and my family passed the night in a very cold environment. It was difficult to get out of the blankets. The host was unreachable and unresponsive. He only replied in the morning when my family had already checked out.

    Ottimo
