    Esperienza deludente a fronte di 170 €: disagi logistici per il cambio alloggio, guasti multipli e pulizia trascurata

    La disponibilità e la reattività dell'host nel proporre una soluzione alternativa quando la prima camera ha presentato problemi

    Al check-in la vasca idromassaggio del primo alloggio non funzionava, costringendoci a spostarci a piedi per circa 150 metri con tutti i bagagli al seguito verso un secondo appartamento. Purtroppo anche quest'ultimo presentava gravi disservizi: frigorifero fuori uso, aria condizionata non funzionante con termostato staccato dal comando e pulizia carente, con evidente strato di polvere e ventilatori visibilmente sporchi. Livello di comfort inadeguato per una tariffa di 170 € a notte.

    Posizione comoda per visitare l'osservatorio astronomico e i castelli della valle. Appartamento molto grande con cucina ben fornita ed equipaggiata di tutto il necessario. Eravamo in due famiglie di amici per un totale di 7 persone e siamo stati comodamente per due notti.

    La scala di accesso è molto ripida e abbastanza aerea, potrebbe essere un problema per bambini piccoli o persone con difficoltà nei movimenti, per noi non è stato un problema.
