Een leuke locatie en een prima huis
De ligging en het uit zicht uit de ramen alles zat erop en eraan de keuken was uitstekend en de bedden waren ook prima
€ 100 betalen voor schoonmaak konden we wat overdreven

zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit schönem Garten. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit passabel
Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sich immer sehr schnell um Probleme gekümmert. Die Lage des Appartements war für uns optimal (ruhige Wohngegend, zentral auf Elba gelegen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Bars / Restaurant / Strand sind aber immer nur in der nahegelegenen Stadt zu finden
Schimmelproblem im zentralen Wohnzimmer an der Decke, vermutlich durch Wasser aus der darüber liegenden Wohnung. Gastgeber hat sich aber sofort gekümmert.

Noi eravamo un gruppo di cinque ragazzi e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Host disponibile e gentile. Ambiente pulito e curato con cucina ben fornita di tutto quello che serve per una vacanza con pentole in buone condizioni e soprattutto pulite. Due bagni completi e due camere ampie con materassi comodi. Aria condizionata presente e veramente comoda la sera. Posizione dell'appartamento ottima per visitare tutta l'isola senza avere troppa strada da fare ogni giorno e posizionato a 5 minuti da un distributore di benzina e un supermercato. Ottimo appartamento consiglio vivamente.
