Der Blick und die Lage sind fantastisch
Traumhaft schöner Blick über die Bucht. Gute Infrastruktur in direkter Nachbarschaft (sehr guter Metzger, Bäckerei, Mini-Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bar und Restaurant). Direkte Busanbindung. Privater Parkplatz, was in Camogli vieles erleichtert. Gemütliche Wohnung für Familien oder befreundete Paare auf zwei Ebenen. Alles da, was man braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Waren über Weihnachten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern da. Schöne Wanderungen direkt von der Wohnung aus möglich. Schöne Fußwege nach Camogli bzw. zum Strand / Hafen ca. 25 min.
Eigentlich alles gut. Vielleicht könnte die Wohnung angesichts des Preises modernisiert werden (Bäder / Küche). Die Privatsphäre der Terrasse ist etwas eingeschränkt, wenn die Nachbarwohnung auch belegt ist.

L ospitalité La vue malgré le fait que la météo n'as malheureusement pas permis de la mettre en avant ni de profiter de la terrasse. La place de parkings la disponibilité de l hote, la propreté et le confort.
L accès à l appartement est compliqué pour une famille en poussette ou pour personne à mobilité réduite. En effet l accès se fait par des escaliers.
