    Fantastic place for both short and long stays

    These are the best apartments we have ever stayed in! Usually, you have to buy a lot of things upon arrival — especially consumables for washing dishes, taking out the trash, and so on. Here, however, everything you need — and more — is provided; there is even a milk pitcher and a first-aid kit! Amenities include air conditioning, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker with a generous supply of tea and coffee, salt, sugar, cooking oil, a stove, practically every type of cookware, a mixer, a toaster, a washing machine with detergent, an iron, an ironing board, and mosquito nets on the windows. There are all the necessary dishwashing supplies, trash bags, and a huge TV with all the cables needed to connect your own set-top box or PlayStation. Everything is spotlessly clean, the renovation is fresh, all appliances work flawlessly, and the Wi-Fi is excellent and fast. Everything has been done with great thought, attention to detail, and care. Cosimo, the host, is attentive, very nice and always available. There is a private entrance, and the place is set up perfectly for both short and long stays. Self check-in is simple and quick. The location is ideal —7 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the thermal baths, 2 minutes from the closest bar and pizzeria, 15 from the supermarket. There is no doubt that if we visit Rapolano-Terme again, we will stay here.

    The only downside is that the house itself sits right by the road; stepping out the gate puts you immediately onto the street. Day traffic is lively but not excessive, drivers are attentive, and it is very easy to get used to. The windows also face the road, so the noise might bother some people, but the windows and shutters block it perfectly and everything else far outweighs this minor drawback.
