  Lovely and memorable.

  Francesca was extremely helpful and very friendly and kind. She guided us on how to reach the property from the Venice airport and even spoke to the boat taxi driver on how to get us to the closest dock to the apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor easily accessible by stairs but there is also a very tiny elevator. The 2-bedroom unit is very spacious, very clean and bright. Plenty of towels, pillows and clean white sheets and comforters. The kitchen has the basics that everyone would need with an espresso machine and coffee pods available for the guests use. It is a lovely apartment that my family and I highly recommend. The location is a quick and convenient bus ride to the Lido S. Maria Elisabetta boat and bus transportation station where you can get on the Vaporetto (Waterbus) to Venice and the other surrounding islands. The only downside of taking the bus is that it is always packed and you will need to shove your way in. Make sure to get the pass for the amount of time you will be visiting (24-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour pass) as it can be used for the local bus in Lido and all of the Vaporettos to get you to and from Venice-Lido and to travel around Venice. While we didn't get a chance to spend time at the beach, the beaches are a walking distance away.

  Apartment beside the beach, Venice Lido.

  Good communication with host. Large apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Good linens and towels. Nice balcony. Near some small shops and a few restaurants.

  Dishwasher didn’t work during our stay. In one of the bathrooms the toilet is in the shower cubicle, this does not work well and is off putting. Keys were a bit tricky and it took a while to get the knack of them. Noise from apartment above at 5.30 every morning, tv very loud.

  Absolutely fantastic!

  This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the sea and beautiful beaches. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family.
