    A quiet oasis to come back to after a busy day.

    The location was close to the centre. We were able to walk to the Piazza Maggiore & catch a bus to children’s book fair (the reason for our visit to Bologna). Good restaurants close by. Alba was very helpful, keeping in touch with me by WhatsApp so we could arrange a time for access & being shown round & responding quickly when we had any questions. There is a garden which sadly we didn’t have time to sit in!

    Anyone with mobility problems needs to be aware that there is a spiral staircase to be navigated to get up to the bedrooms & bathroom.
