  The property had several issues that were ignored, and I received no compensation for them.

  location was perfect for what I needed. central to the town, close to the water and the grocery store and several restaurants

  no hot water. informed the hosts 2 times and it wasn't fixed until the last night I was there. I had to go to a different accommodation just to bathe. The wifi was intermittent, and had to be reset every time I wanted to use it. There was no Air Conditioning, which is fine as I was informed of this in advance. However, every day I was there it was 90 degrees or above. There were fans in the apartment that I was using that were then removed halfway through my stay, so the place was much hotter than it should have been. I asked why the fan was removed but there was no response from the hosts. The fridge barely kept anything I put in there cold, I could not eat the food that I put in there as it was not preserved at the correct temperature and therefore was unsafe to eat. I messaged the hosts several times to address the issues while I was there. They either came by and "fixed" the issues (even though they persisted after they left) or I was told that I was incorrect and everything was working as expected. When I attempted to receive compensation for the issues, I was denied by the host and no resolution was made. For what it's worth, I also had a death in the family that was going to render me unable to make this trip. I messaged the hosts to see if an exception could be made to cancel the booking, and there was no understanding the matter. I was offered a date change (I was there for a wedding, so changing the date wouldn't help me). I know there are rules and deadlines for bookings, but the human thing to do would be to have empathy and consideration for an exception to be made, but it seemed making money was more important to the host than making an exception. Ultimately, I had to continue with the trip and leave postmortem planning to others so as not to lose a bunch of money.

  Locatie was top, goede service.

  Defecte koelkast, wifi viel geregeld uit. Alleen ventilatoren, geen airco. Wel snelle reactie van de verhuurder.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko jeziora, sklepów i restauracji. Dobry i pomocny gospodarz

  Lodówka niestety słabo chłodziła, jedzenie w niej się psuło, cieknący czajnik
