The only advantages of these apartments are that they are spacious and have convenient parking.
There are far more disadvantages than advantages. Everything is very old, and from the moment you enter, there’s a strong smell of dampness and age. The sofa is very uncomfortable, there’s no kettle, the fridge is extremely noisy, the shower is inconvenient, and overall I don’t understand the good reviews — these apartments are definitely not worth the money.
