  Absolutely not recommended – way too loud and not worth the money!

  The amenities and furnishings are perfectly fine, but unfortunately, that doesn’t mean much if you can't sleep at night. The owner lives right next door, and there appears to be only a paper-thin wall between his apartment and the sleeping area. You can literally hear everything: conversations, kitchen noises, and every other sound, as if the people were standing right next to your bed. We spent three nights there, and two of them were completely unacceptable. One evening, we had to contact the owner multiple times because it was so incredibly loud. It took three and a half hours before we could finally go to sleep. There is definitely no chance of getting any rest or relaxation here. The most frustrating part: the owner is aware of the poor soundproofing. Despite this, he invites friends over and clearly shows zero consideration for his guests. Anyone who rents out an apartment should realize that paying guests have a right to peace and quiet—especially at night. If the walls are that thin, the host should behave with appropriate consideration. Charging over €100 a night for an accommodation where you can't even get a decent night's sleep is simply outrageous. Nice decor is totally worthless if the most basic requirement for a relaxing stay is missing. I would definitely not book this apartment a second time.

  La localisation, proche d’un parking payant, en dehors de la ZTL. Propre, plutôt bien agencé. Proche du centre historique.

  Le titre de l’annonce qui devrait être changé puisqu’il n’inclut pas de parking. Il existe une possibilité d’avoir un moyen de stationnement pour dix euros par jour avec le propriétaire, ou sinon le parking Quick juste à côté environ 10 € par jour en le réservant est payant à l’avance. Pas de machine à laver, alors que c’était écrit dans l’annonce. Il est possible que le propriétaire ai rectifié entre-temps Et surtout le bruit, aucune isolation et l’on entend tout de ce qui se passe à côté ce qui peut être dérangeant. Impression de vivre avec les propriétaires. Cela dépendra de vous et de votre sensibilité. Dommage car l’appartement en lui-même est vraiment bien et confortable sinon

  Excellent stay!

  The apartment was great! Location was beyond excellent (I lived in Bologna for two years and was so pleased with this). Everything was clean, comfortable, and the parking was a breeze. Antonio was so, so helpful despite dealing with a family issue.

  Very good

  The location was great, a 20 min walk to the city Centre and to the Railway station, very clean and modern apartament with all the amenities. Carrefour Express nearby. We were sent very good instructions to get to the apartament. It was on the whole a very good experience. I would recommend it.

  The walls are very thin and the host lives next door so we could hear everything all the time, especially during the night, which might be problematic at times. Also, because of the language barrier the communication with the host was challenging.
