Everything was great - starting with the friendly service from Marilù and the beautiful, well-appointed interior, and ending with the excellent location. I really recommend this apartment :)

It MUST be made very clear that this property has serious accessibility issues and could dangerous!
The location was great! The owner was responsive, Marilù who met us at the property was very informative and gave us a great welcome! The driver service from the airport to the apartment was great value, professional drivers and friendly.
The location was amazing but nowhere in the description does it inform you that you have 8 flights of stone steps as the apartment is at the top floor, as the building is very old, the steps are uneven, slippery and very steep. When I saw the picture of the front door advertising the property it shows the main door on the street, I assumed from that picture, it was the door directly entering the apartment, it’s not. In the apartment, you have more stairs, one flight to use the main bedroom with the double bed and to access the terrace/ balcony, is up even more stairs and is extremely dangerous for children or anyone not with the body of a marathon runner. The stairs limited my leaving the apartment as each time it took its toll on me. It’s a holiday home in a city, people are going to be drinking alcohol, they might not have their full faculties when climbing these stairs, if you slipped or fell, you would be falling on stone. I was just so disappointed, I thought I had done my due diligence in finding a great apartment for a family holiday. It really impacted my holiday in a negative way. I really feel it’s irresponsible of booking.com and the owner to not note the stairs and show pictures to make customers fully aware of what to expect when booking this apartment.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, with everything within easy walking distance. What impressed me most was how quiet and peaceful it was despite being so central. It offers the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again
There wasn't really anything I disliked. When staying in a historic building in Rome, a few quirks are to be expected and are part of the charm. However, if you're traveling with an elderly person or someone with mobility issues, it's worth noting that the apartment is on the top floor and the stairs are quite steep. That said, the wonderful location, peace and quiet, and overall comfort of the stay more than make up for it.
