Absence de climatisation et personne n'a répondu présent pour nous aider à résoudre le problème !
L'emplacement. La propreté.
Notre séjour a été gâché, car nous avions choisi cet appartement pour la climatisation et elle n'était pas fonctionnelle. 27° au minimum jour et nuit .. Malgré notre sollicitation le premier soir (via messagerie pro whatsapp),personne ne nous a aidé ("c'est un problème de copropriété.."). Nous avons passé 10 nuits très difficiles et pas moyen de se reposer de la chaleur extérieure ni le jour, ni la nuit.. Au bout d'une semaine : " vous pouvez annuler la location ".. Quelles vacances gâchées pour un problème de fausse publication !(la climatisation était présente dans le descriptif, qui est donc non conforme). Bref,j'ai passé beaucoup de temps de vacance à essayer de contacter tout le monde. Merci à "wonderfull italy" de nous avoir ignoré pendant ces 10 jours . Vous ne méritez pas de paraître dans ce type d'application ,en qui nous avions confiance jusqu'à présent !

Buen departamento pero sin comunicacion con el anfitrion cuando fue necesario
Departamento comodo y bien ubicado. Esta en una cortada, de noche hay que prestar un poco de atencion
Me robaron la cartera con las llaves. Dormimos en un hotel. Al otro dia nadie contesto el telefono. Pudimos entrar a las 11 hs del otro dia. Cuando nos fuimos preguntamos por telefono si nos habiamos olvidado el pasaporte y nunca nos contestaron
