A beautiful and charming apartment decorated in a traditional Italian style. It is spacious, very comfortable for four people, and exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning was a great bonus, especially during the hot weather. The location is perfect – right in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The host was very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Bardzo duży i ładny apartament, wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne, a nawet więcej. Położony w samym centrum miasta, wszędzie jest blisko. Uprzejma i pomocna właścicielka. Bardzo polecam.

Good Location at Appartamento di Marzia, and it is a solid choice for exploring the city! Highly Responsive Host: The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, making our check-in and overall stay very smooth. Fantastic Neighborhood: The apartment is located in the lovely Oltrarno area, which is full of local charm, great restaurants, and a more authentic atmosphere away from the heavy tourist crowds. While the stairs require some effort as it is located on 3rd floor, the excellent hospitality and great location make this a wonderful place to stay!

L' ottima posizione, la pulizia e particolarità dell' appartamento, la possibilità di avere l'aria condizionata dappertutto, avere già prodotti pulizia e alcuni prodotti per la cucina a disposizione, davvero molta cura dell' ospite e dei dettagli
Le scale x arrivarci 😅 ma è una battuta, la casa è una casa storica e ahimè il bello ha un prezzo...in questo caso il prezzo dell' "ascesa"🤣

Comfortable, charming stay
The apartment is very charming as wad the owner, Marzia. It is in a great location easy walking to everything in Florence including a great resteraunt just steps away.
Nothing. There is a bar across the narrow street that can get loud on Saturday until late the next morning. We just played brown noise on and fell asleep fine, but anyone not used to cities should consider. Also, there are narrow stone steps, 3 flights, and no elevator. Fine for us, but anyone with mobility issues should be aware.
