Квартира отличная, хозяин гостеприимный. Все очень понравилось, рекомендую.
Квартира очень чистая и уютная, матрасы и подушки комфортные для сна, полотенца идеальные и много, кухня всем оборудована. Хозяин отвечает сразу на все вопросы, спасибо ему за ранее заселение, прилетели в 8 утра и до заселения оставили багаж в квартире. Рядом есть аптеки и магазины чтоб закупиться, 20 минут пешком и можно закупиться в Lidl. Квартира в самом центре, рядом с Болонским университетом, в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей. Все очень понравилось, рекомендую.

Perfekte Ausstattung und Lage. Rundum zufrieden.
Die Unterkunft war wirklich wundervoll. Es gab sogar zwei abgetrennte bereiche mit jeweils eigenem Bad. So kommt man sich nicht in die Quere. Ideal für Familien oder zwei Paare. Die Betten waren bequem und es hat an nichts in der Ausstattung gefehlt. Auch die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner ist mega praktisch. Das Appartement ist ruhig und zentral gelegen. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber hat uns außerdem noch tolle Tipps für Bologna geben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Das Appartement ist unterm Dach in der 3. Etage und über einem schmalen Treppenhaus ohne Lift erreichbar. Das ist sicher für viele kein Minus, nur sollten Menschen mit entsprechenden Einschränkungen oder mit Gehbehinderung dies beachten.

Było bardzo czysto, dobrze wyposażone, wszystko działało bardzo dobrze, w każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja, ogólnie super, blisko centrum, bezpieczna okolica, obok market i restauracje, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem
3 piętro i troche strome schody☺️
