  Location

  The place was DIRTY and not cleaned after last guests. The bed linens even appear to have not been changed. There was a very foul smell in the bathroom that was awful, like sewer gas. There was no coffee machine and they said there is coffee and a moka pot but the container for grounds was empty. No towels or napkins in kitchen and an old dirty sponge in the sink. The garbage pail was filled to the rim when we arrived. The shower floor was dirty and long black hair and pubic hair in it. GROSS 🤢. And a small black blob on floor near toilet floor 🤢 When I contacted them they responded they didn't need to see pictures because they went there and it was dirty...and that they contacted housekeeper. When I asked about MY stay they said they couldn't do anything but if I come back again they will make me a deal! WHO would ever go back there!!! I did contact booking.com but I can't say loudly enough to NOT STAY HERE. It's actually really pretty but it was expensive and FILTHY I took pictures of everything so people know this is not just a person complaining, plus I have luckily not have had to make many bad reviews in my extensive travels. Also worth noting there are approximately 40 stairs you have to walk up to get to the apartment and the bed is so low it is lower than my knee so anybody for any mobility issues it's going to have a real problem staying here that was not mentioned luckily we are healthy enough to do it.

  Serviu mas foi traumatizante.

  Na praça principal o que tem prós e contras. Vista ao longe dos trullis. Quartos enormes, bem arrumada, limpa.

  2 andares de escada com malas precisava ter aviso no anúncio em destaque.. Luz não funcionava em um deles, perigoso. Não tem isolamento acústico, as janelas precisam de manutenção pois não abrem e fecham perfeitamente, um dos quartos não abre de forma alguma,. Enfim apto pode ficar muito bom se forem feitas manutenções. PIOR - teve uma festa na praça com show de rock e o apto estremecia com altura do som, vidros pareciam que iam estourar, piso vibrava. Pior experiência de vida. A festa não cabe ao proprietário mas poderia avisar que isso existiria e deixar o hóspede escolher se quer enfrentar ou não. Para quem ia para a festa seria maravilhoso, para mim foi traumatizante.

  The property is located in the center of Alberobello. It was clean and comfortable.

  The park is just down of the window and it is noisy all the day and all the night, because of it.
